Committed to sustainability and the value it can bring to investors and homeowners, David identified a niche for environmentally conscious refurbishments in 2020 after an introduction to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) policies. With a military background strong in reconnaissance, David has a proven track record of team building and management across a variety of sectors. Since launching T.W.M.H in 2021, David has managed more than £3.5 million in profitable projects.

Andrew has spent the last decade working in the construction industry, specialising in the creation of commercial sports facilities. He now brings his project-management skills full time to the property industry. Having completed several renovation projects independently, Andrew is proud to be a part of T.W.M.H’s vision to deliver its high standard of property refurbishments in a safe, compliant, timely manner.
