On the first floor, there are five good-sized bedrooms, all neutrally decorated and laid with New Zealand wool carpeting. With exposed-brick styling, the master bedroom and en-suite are unforgettable, and the family bathroom features a roll-top freestanding bath.

The home benefits from a huge 42-foot kitchen/family room, which is flooded with light from the French doors leading out to the south-facing garden. Recently landscaped, the garden is bordered by a lovely stone patio, simply perfect for entertaining.
